Critical Mass

Critical Mass, a digital experience design agency, understood the importance of racial equity and felt urgency around demonstrating this among their employees. This was a unique challenge for them, given that their expansive team works from offices in seven countries and even more cultural backgrounds. 


OUR PROCESS

GOOD WORX custom-built a series of virtual workshops for Critical Mass, gathering members of their global community for racial equity education and discussion. Live sessions guided participants through the complexities of allyship and antiracism – with a focus on a design experience agency environment– and featured a panel of CM employees, connecting team members from different locations in a new and powerful way.

RESULTS

Over 230 participants from 3 countries and 6 cities joined live sessions, including Chicago, LA, New York, London, and Toronto.

  • 100% of participants felt inspired to take allyship and/or anti-racist action. 

  • 92% of Participants reported that the session deepened their understanding of allyship and antiracism.
