GOOD WORX Founder and Lead Strategist, Kirstyn Nimmo, is a social innovation pioneer.

For over 12 years, Kirstyn has guided global brands in identifying their purpose, activating internal and external stakeholders, and launching campaigns that shift cultural conversation to drive real impact. Throughout her career, Kirstyn has been committed to finding creative ways to drive equity for important causes and historically excluded communities.

In 2009, Kirstyn recognized the opportunity for brands to leverage their influence for good, and began convincing clients to invest in impact. Since then, she has brought the excitement and reach of brand campaigns to the social impact space, pushing philanthropy into a new territory that consumers can get behind.

Since 2020, Kirstyn has been bringing companies and communities together through workshops, training employees from junior to C-Suite levels on DEI principles like unconscious bias, antiracism and white supremacy.

Kirstyn is a requested facilitator and speaker, and is helping global brands understand the importance of inclusivity in business and innovation. She is particularly passionate about guiding brands on how to better serve historically excluded consumers with consideration for a range of identity markers, including age, ability, gender, sexuality, neurodivergence, and more.

Kirstyn is known for creating global initiatives that change minds, open hearts, and deliver return on investment. Her work has been recognized by the Obama White House, the Shorty Social Good Awards and the Anthem Social Impact Awards.
