Miriam Assefa Fund

The Miriam Assefa Fund  supports efforts to build more inclusive economies for immigrant and refugee workers in the U.S. and Canada. In the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, their vast network of nonprofit organizations serving immigrant communities were facing unprecedented challenges in a socially-distant world. The Fund aimed to provide urgent support.

OUR PROCESS

GOOD WORX collaborated with partner Reciprocal to program and launch a series of curated webinars. Live, virtual sessions taught strategies to nonprofit leaders, providing them with tools to effectively overcome new outreach, operations and fundraising challenges, and continue to serve those depending on them in the new normal.
