Allyship 101

In this 60 minute session, participants will build an understanding of allyship and the work required on an allyship journey. We’ll discuss antiracism and how it can be adopted by your employees and organization. We’ll create space for discussion among participants, providing opportunities for shared learning and engagement.  

Allyship 201

In this 60 minute session, participants will gain a new understanding of white supremacy – not as we’re used to seeing it (KKK, white hoods– but as it appears in the systems that surround us. We’ll explore the connections between race, white supremacy and systemic inequality, and learn how white supremacy separates communities of color. Participants will share their experiences with systemic inequality and learn how to challenge white supremacy as a community.
